So tell me… Are you on the Whole30 or thinking about starting? If so, it can seem a bit daunting at first or even thinking about it, but in reality it’s very doable if you’re mentally ready. I can definitely speak from experience.
This past Spring I completed my first Whole30. Initially, I decided to devote 30 days of my life to eating only Whole30 approved/compliant foods to challenge myself mentally. I didn’t have any medical conditions or problems with weight that would warrant me to drastically change my eating habits nor did I have any wheat, gluten, or grain sensitivities. At this point in my life, I wondered if I could truly give up the foods I love such as baked goods, pasta, rice, and caramel macchiatos among other things but more importantly would it REALLY be worth it. Through this journey, I learned that I do have will-power and mental control over the foods I choose to put into my body and you can too. The Whole30 is literally only for 30 days so there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
