grape-seed oil
(or extra virgin olive oil)

kosher salt
(more or less to taste)

black pepper
(more or less to taste)

bok choy (optional)
(each split lengthwise)
Instructions
De-vein and clean shrimp and pat dry thoroughly with paper towels
To a bowl add shrimp, grape-seed oil or extra virgin olive oil, kosher salt and pepper and marinate for 15 minutes then thread shrimp through skewers
Place indoor grill over high heat. Place skewers on grill grates and sear for 2 to 3 minutes per side
Remove grilled shrimp kabobs from grill and plate
Serve with grilled bok choy or a different side of your choice
Notes
Shrimp are delicate and are not meant to be overcooked. However, they are served, they should only be grilled/cooked for a few minutes.
If you want a nice presentation, keep the tails of the shrimp intact.
When grilling shrimp, use the jumbo shrimp if possible.
Skewers should be used for grilling shrimp to prevent them from falling through the grill grates.
An indoor or outdoor grill can be used for grilling shrimp.
Grilling isn't the only method for cooking shrimp, you can broil, boil, saute, or fry.
