Blanch green beans for 2 to 4 minutes and set aside (For Blanching: Place greens beans in boiling water for 2-4 minutes, remove from boiling water and immediately place in a large bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Drain and set aside.
Wash steak, dry with paper towels, cut steak against the grain into thin slices. Season with salt and pepper, and allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Place cast iron skillet, heavy bottom skillet, or nonstick pan over medium high heat, add grapeseed oil, when hot add steak meat to pan and allow the steak to sear for about 4 minutes on both side to form a nice crusty coating (Cook the steak in batches as overcrowding the pan will cause the steak to steam and not sear).
Place seared steak on a clean plate and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the teriyaki sauce and slurry which is used to thicken the sauce. Stir until well combined.
Add the vegetables and allow them to cook for approximately 3 minutes. Add in the seared steak. Gently stir until all ingredients are combined and sauce has thicken. This should only take a few minutes (Be mindful as to not overcook the vegetables)
